    I got the purple crochet heart as part of a meaningful Christmas gift for a friend (who loves hugs like me!) and I LOVE it! The heart itself is beautiful and in the nicest shade of lilac, love the packaging and the message that comes with it.

    There was a delay with my delivery because of Royal Mail (at no fault of the seller!) and the customer service I experienced was fantastic - the seller is kind, understanding and super prompt at responding, all of which was really reassuring while sorting out the delivery. Interactions and products like this make me super happy to support small businesses.
